Superbowl 2010 the events and Venus Models Online~
The Super Bowl 2010 is approaching on February 7,2010. Super Bowl 44 will be played at the Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, Flordia.Some of us may wonder what the TV commercials will look like with the troubled economy. According to several reports Pepsi will not advertise for the 2010 Super Bowl on CBS. Instead the company plans to shift ad dollars to a new marketing effort that’s mostly online.

The company, which is based in Purchase, N.Y., spent $33 million advertising products like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Cheetos during the 2009 Super Bowl, according to TNS Media Intelligence, $15 million of it on Pepsi alone. Ad time for the NFL championship game cost about $3 million for 30 seconds, on average.
Those prices may have dipped to as low as $2.5 million per 30 seconds for the 2010 game, according to Jon Swallen, senior vice president of research for TNS Media Intelligence.

Do you need any tips on planning your next special event?
With me being well versed in the business, I know most of my clients have big complaints about other agencies/event staffing companies
The biggest complaint I get from my customers when booking talent and events through other agencies is; they get a lot of no call no shows. This gives an event planner a big decrease in the success of the event. To avoid no call no shows I have some tips for you. When booking talent with companies do these things
1. Make sure you make it very clear to your booking agent it is very important that each model/talent/bartender to show up to work on time
2. Ask your agent or agency if the staff they are providing is under contract with them this will decrees the level of no shows.
3. Ask your booking agent is there anything in place in the agreement where the talent/event staff pays a fine if he or she does show up for work (this gives the talent an incentive to show up for work).

After 25 years of being a talk show host Oprah will soon say goodbye~
The Queen of Talk Oprah Winfrey spoke directly to viewers about ending The Oprah Winfrey Show at a live taping Friday.
The Oprah Winfrey Show will depart daytime broadcast television come Sept. 9, 2011.
After much prayer and months of careful thought, I have decided that next season, season 25, will be the last season of The Oprah Winfrey Show,” the daytime queen said. “Over the next couple of days, you may hear a lot of speculation in the press about why I am making this decision now…and that will mostly be conjecture.

“So why walk away and make next season the last? Here is the real reason: I love this show,” Winfrey said. “This show has been my life. And I love it enough to know when it’s time to say good-bye. Twenty-five years feels right in my bones, and it feels right in my spirit. It’s the perfect number — the exact right time. So I hope that you will take this 18-month ride with me right through to the final show.”
Press release from Harpo Productions stated that she “plans to appear and participate in new programming for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, a 24-hour cable network that reflects her vision, values and interests.” The launch of that project has now been set for January 2011, according to the release.
Oprah thanked her viewers for sticking with her for almost a quarter of a century. “These years with you, our viewers, have enriched my life beyond all measure,” she said. “And you all have graciously invited me into your living rooms, into your kitchens, and into your lives. And for some of you long time Oprah viewers, you have literally grown up with me — we’ve grown together.

Father of Michael Jackson Molestation Accuser Commits Suicide~
The man whose son derailed Michael Jackson’s career with blockbuster accusations of molestation is dead of an apparent suicide.

Evan Chandler, 65, the father of the young boy who alleged that he was molested by Michael Jackson in 1994 Chandler was found dead on his bed with a single gunshot wound to his head and a gun in his hand in what they believe was suicide. Police were sent to check on the gravely ill Chandler after he’d missed a doctor’s appointment.
Chandler was the driving force behind a 1994 child-molestation case, telling Santa Barbara authorities that the singer had sexually abused his then 13-year-old son, Jordan, during sleepovers at Neverland Ranch.
The allegations sparked an investigation that led Jackson, in an effort to clear his name, to voluntarily allow his genitalia to be photographed as evidence. Before the case could ever go to trial however, the attorneys eventually convinced the King of Pop to settle with the Chandlers for an undisclosed amount that was rumored to be $20 million.
As for the elder Chandler, he eventually had numerous cosmetic surgeries that radically altered his appearance ostensibly to avoid the constant opprobrium from Jackson fans.
